- Choosing the right style of packaging, as well as the substrate and choice of finishing options, such as lamination, can be difficult. This is where our sample service becomes helpful. Before you concider placing a commercial order you can receive various printed examples from our range as well as a swatch of substrates we recommend.

A versatile strong box with a crash lock base. The box is glued on the side and shipped flat.

Ready to use and fast to assemble.

We are versatile enough to print as few as a hundred or ten's of thousands

Our small Crash Lock Boxes are suitable for a broad range of uses, including:

We can make the boxes to your exact requirements and size.

The top and bottom flaps can hinge from the front or back or one on the front and the other from the back. This choice comes down to your specific requirements.

We glue the boxes along one side (top-to bottom) and supply them flat packed to you for compact storage and quick assembly.

We can print in full colour and/or using Pantone spot colours.

The printed boxes can include the following features:
Matt, gloss or soft touch lamination
Various metallic foils
Spot U.V. Varnishing
Embossing

Maximum Sheet Size...

Our maximum flat sheet size, (as shown below), is the biggest Crash Lock Box we can print. The diagram shows a typical Crash Lock Box when opened out flat.

Standard Box Board

Our most used board.
A versatile, high-quality board.
Coated on the front & uncoated on the reverse. A very durable board, available in a range of thickness from 385 to 450 microns.
Ideal for all styles of boxes.
Also, food gradient for dry, non-fatty foods. Fully recyclable.

Premium Box Board

A high white & smooth board with a luxurious finish
Available as a one sided coated board or double-sided coated board. Fully recyclable. Available in a range of thickness from 385 to 450 microns.
